1, Model Usage
This model is suitable for teaching the full body skeleton of the human body in schools such as middle schools and medical colleges, providing students with an understanding of the relationship between the skeletal framework and body shape, as well as the shape and surface characteristics of various types of bones and the interrelationships between the bone structures.
2, Model construction
1. This model is a half reduced, 85cm high skeleton of a pregnant woman and adult, strung together to form a normal upright posture of the human body and fixed on a bracket.
2. Skull: Composed of 23 skulls (excluding 3 pairs of ossicles). Make horizontal cuts along the frontal, parietal, and occipital bones (removable) to show various intracranial structures. The lower frontal joint is movable.
3. Spine: Composed of 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 5 lumbar vertebrae, 1 sacral vertebra, and 1 coccyx connected by intervertebral discs. The spine shows four physiological bends in the neck, chest, waist, and sacrum.
4. Chest: Composed of 24 ribs, a sternum and its rib cartilage connected to the thoracic vertebrae.
5. Pelvic bone: composed of sacrum, coccyx, and hip bones.
6. Upper limb bones: Composed of 64 bones, the shoulder blades and collarbones in the shoulder strap are fixed, and the shoulder, elbow, and wrist joints are movable.
7. Lower limb bones: composed of 62 joints, hip, knee, and ankle joints can all move.
